Student Needs A Sponsor

Students - complete the form below and TANA will try and match a sponsor for you. Sponsorships include the registration fee to the TANA Spring Meeting and/or the TANA Fall Annual Convention.

Students must first register and pay the $50 registration fee. Students are required to fill out and return the "CE Documentation/Attendance Form" given at the TANA Registration Desk. No scholarships will be awarded until this form is returned to TANA.

After the meeting has concluded students will receive a scholarship for the registration fee on a first-come, first-served basis, until all
monies are awarded.
