This Committee shall be composed of a minimum of three (3) Active Members to include the Editor of the TxANA Newsletter. The editor shall be responsible for overviewing content and overall article selection. This Committee will include and be responsible for information technology, public relations, and publication activities of the association. This Committee shall determine funding of communications projects.
