Statement of Platform:

As a new graduate CRNA, I am uniquely positioned to serve TxANA using my understanding of the needs of new graduate CRNAs. As an S.R.N.A., I had the opportunity to attend several TxANA and AANA conferences, where I learned that the CRNA community depends on member engagement and the ability of these members to advocate for our profession. I believe that in order to further advance our profession, we must engage new graduate CRNAs. To encourage the engagement of these CRNAs, TxANA should educate S.R.N.A.s about the importance of professional engagement and identify specific needs of CRNAs entering clinical practice.
