It is time once again to put the wheels in motion for the 16th annual Houston celebration of National CRNA Week on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The Houston celebration of National CRNA Week will be held at:

Payment for sponsorship is easy. Simply call the offices of the Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists at 512-495-9004 and leave your payment information with them. A Form W-9 will be available to you upon request.
