National CRNA Week Campaign

First introduced in 1999, National CRNA Week recognizes the profession of nurse anesthesia. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) across the country promote the profession with posters, billboards, table tents, passing out brochures and buttons, seeking out the media to bring awareness to the profession, and requesting proclamations from local and state government officials. The pages linked to the left provide ideas and a record of what CRNAs have done to promote nurse anesthesia over the years.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) have been providing anesthesia care for more than 150 years in the United States.  CRNAs provide approximately 43 million anesthetics across America every year and are the primary anesthesia providers in rural America.  Currently, more than 4,000 CRNAs practice in Texas.

TxANA is honored to invite you to partner with Texas CRNAs by becoming a sponsor of our 2017 CRNA Week advertising event! We are currently in the planning stages for a promotional advertisement that will encompass all major newspapers throughout Texas from January 22 to January 28, 2017. This non-political, public-education ad will inform patients and other interested parties about how important CRNAs are in our communities and the critical role they play in healthcare.  Your partnership in this event will be recognized in the ad by TxANA and will help us offset the costs associated with this endeavor.

We have been fortunate in previous years to have the assistance of generous partners like yours and we are hopeful that this year will be no different.

We sincerely appreciate you and your continued support.  We have included information about the various sponsorship levels here.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact TxANA.
